Time frame For Delivery
We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible. Normally, all orders, whether Fedex Ground Residential or USPS Priority Mail ship within 2 days of their receipt, and are received 2-5 days from then in the USA. International orders (Canadian, UK, Australia etc ) can be expected to arrive 7-10 business days from the shipping date if you choose the "US Post Office Priority Mail International" shipping option. International orders using the "US Post Office Express Mail International" shipping option will arrive in 3-5 business days. (See Shipping & Handling Options on our “Order Now” for more information). Many factors contribute to delivery time. If you're trying to estimate when your order will arrive, consider the following: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing and shipping orders. Orders placed on Federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Products being shipped via USPS Express Shipping are automatically upgraded for express processing. Note: Fedex Orders that are ordered "Fedex Standard Overnight" will get to the shipping destination the very next day, UNLESS ordered on Fridays ( friday orders will be delivered on Monday because Fedex does not deliver on weekends, unless you specifically request weekend delivery ). Holidays - in these cases the order will be delivered the very next business day. Fedex 2 Day Air will be delivered in 2 business days ( unless a holiday or weekend is involved ). NOTE: For customers who ask us to leave their packages by their front doors, on their balconies, patios, by their garage, or any other place on their property, we will gladly do so, but for any reason the packages are not found there, the customers bears the responsibility for the loss and cost.
Planning a trip!!! Don’t wait until the last minute. Please submit your order well in advance, so as to give us enough time to process and ship your order. Note: Include on the order under our " Special Instructions" section of the order form, a note letting us know what date you need the order to arrive at your home/office/destination. Then, if there is any reason we can't make that date, we will call you to let you know, so we can make other arrangements to accommodate you.
Where We Ship
1 -We ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
2 - We also ship to Canada.
3 - We ship Internationally. When ordering, click on the "Shopping Cart" for the product - Put in your Country ( i.e. Canada, UK, Australia etc) - Put in your Postal Code - Select "US Post Office Priority Mail International" as your shipping option, then click SUBMIT - This will give you the total cost of the product plus shipping.
4 - Sorry, we do not ship to US Military APO/FPO addresses. But we do try to help our service people as best we can. If you are a military person who has an interest in our products, please email us at: info@sashaskiddieproducts.com and we will email you back with info on how we can help you.
NOTE: On International orders - Our pricing does not reflect any costs due to you for Duty, Taxes, Tariffs etc that may be imposed by your country, so kindly check with your country before ordering.
Tracking An Order
After we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us within 72 hours, letting you know that your order has been shipped. If you require further tracking information, please call us at 818-595-1796.
If USPS does not deliver to your home, but to your PO Box Number, please write your PO Box Number on your
order. This will prevent shipping delays, and unnecessary returns, which will render additional shipping charges to you.
In the event that you do not receive your delivery in a timely manner (7-10 days), please contact our customer service department. They will provide you with your specific tracking information . You can then call your local post office to have them check with your mail carrier to track the package.
How To Return An Item:
1) E-mail our service department at info@sashaskiddieproducts.com including your name, order number and phone number and a customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 1-2 business days an assign you an Return Authorization Number (RAN ). Packages without RAN's WILL NOT be accepted. They will be refused and returned to you.
2) Once you have received an RAN Number, you can ship the item(s) back to us via your preferred method, however we require a return tracking number on all returns. Sasha’s Kiddie Products.com cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouses.
3) Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued or a new replacement item will be sent.
4) Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of return.
5) We can only accept items for return that are in their original/resellable condition ( in their original packaging, with their original paperwork), and that have received a RAN. We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
Return Policy:
Sasha's Kiddie Products honors a 30 day money back guarantee policy. All you have to do is call our customer service department within 30 DAYS of receipt of your package. Our customer service department can be reached at 818-595-1796 ( 8am to 6 pm Pacific Time).
Shipping costs ARE Not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. IF AN ITEM IS NOT RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING A 15% re-stocking fee will apply. Also, if an order qualifies for Free-Shipping and then is returned, for any reason, the Shipping costs will be deducted from the Refund due back to the customer.
EXCHANGES:
If for any reason you order the wrong product for your needs, we will exchange the wrong product for the correct one, will adjust the price accordingly, but there will be a 15% re-stocking Fee.
NON-DEFECTIVE OR NON-DAMAGED ITEMS:
On returns of all Non-Defective or Non-Damaged Items, or "Buyer's Remorse" there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. We will refund the originally invoiced amount less the restocking fee & less the shipping on the item(s). All returns are subject to inspection.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
When clicking on the SHOPPING CART for any of our products, and filling in the COUNTRY, the POSTAL CODE, and the SHIPPING OPTION, and clicking SUBMIT, you will see a SHIPPING CHARGE come up. This shipping charge INCLUDES ALL PACKAGING and HANDLING FEES as well. There are NO additional charges.
